College Basketball Results MLS RPI Style Ratings So Far?

MLS RPI style ratings so far? - college basketball results

I had a LUL work, so he created a style for MLS RPI. It works like this: 3-point away win to gain 2.5 points home, weg 2 crosses, 1 draw at home PT, .5 pt from loss, 0 points, especially home defeat House Leagues and weighted points away from the edge deduction tie away. Results and games divided. Equation is 50% of the points on average 25% of the average points of their opponents, opponents an average of 25% of the points of their opponents. very similar to the CPI for college basketball.

Results:
1. 7551 CV
2. Chi 6756
3. March 6706
4. Co 6455
5. 6447 cc

  1. If you wanted to know how much of each MLS team is in the middle of the season, it makes sense. But in reality is not very useful for the MLS. All MLS teams to compete at least twice per season, so we can say that it is strong and who is not.

The number of works for the RPI college basketball, because every team plays no other team. If you are from San Jose State, how would you vote if you play the Duke? With the RPI rankings ...

The same goes for the national teams. What is the strength of the United States compared to France? With the FIFA world rankings. It is imperfect, but he could not say, unless they played each other on the field.

  2. It makes no sense to me. If you want to know who the best teams are in the middle of the season look at the rankings. The teams that play better on the table, most teams play bad. Why does it matter anyway? It is, as the rankings show that the interruption of the Champions in the middle of the season means nothing.

Intresting to see the end of the year.
