There are many complications that come with PCOS and pregnancy. I see no harm in postponing pregnancy for some time, especially if you are overweight. Use this time to lose weight and be as healthy as possible. Exercise and get in good shape and will probably only the occasional side effects of PCOS and improve their chances for a healthy pregnancy dramaticaly.
